The write statement needs to be placed where the matching is occuring (inside the transformation code), or the update transform routine needs to pass back the matches. |

Passing the values back is easiest; added db write routine to dbRoutines.py, called from McsCmd.py. Only writes the fiducial ids which were used in the matching. |
