I updated the write statements in writeTelescopeInfo for the new database schema and the measurement_algorithm columns. At the moment, version_actor and version_instdata are set to dummy values and need to be updated.

Turns out that the order of the columns in the database depends on whether the database was updated or regenerated, so we have to be careful with the db write statement in McsCmd.py. This has been updated in consultation with Craig and Chi-Hung, and merged to master. |
