Description

Once we get the assignments from STS (~~INSTRM-1313~~), add STS= fields to the peb.py keys which should generate STS plots and alertsActor alarms.

it's now merged.
the new alertsActor in running, we are pushing values to STS, new config here STS.yaml

I believe it's up to Yoshida, Hiroshige to display the values on STS side.

All the metrics from the PEB actor configured in STS.yaml (1.2.5) were added to STS. They are available in the "Instrument: PFS PFI" data set accessible from the front page of STS.
