Updated the database write statement to input the data in the correct order. Includes second order moments. |

Checked with Yoshida-san regarding some changes made during the engineering run, compared with changes since commit aabe95c and removed changes which disabled the database writing, but left the updates to hosts and data paths, which have been set for use at Subaru. Merged to master which includes changes made in 1287 and 1412. |
