The gen2Actor is a schizophrenic thing: it is both an MHS and a g2cam client, and the g2cam side is currently the primary one (see INSTRM-379). This makes it behave differently from all other actors. One place where this causes trouble is with logging: the MHS logging configuration is subsumed by the g2cam one, so we do not get dated rolled-over MHS logs in /data/logs/actors/gen2/. Instead, all MHS traffic s dumped into a nohup.xxx file in the product directory. Find a minimal fix. |
