If ingest fails, the ingest=$path key is generated and processing continues without warnings, even just in the logs. This should be noticed and operators somehow alerted. Not sure how/where, TBH, but something in the log would help. In this case, the necessary pfsDesign file was not available for a new dcb configuration. That particular issue could be auto-corrected. |
