Since we have measured dot position, the cobra_match table in opDB should use this information to do fiber identification.

Hi karr, chyan pushed the latest version on `pfs_instdata`, so that you can use the csv table for your processing. If you have any questions on the table, please let me know.

JFYI, the data (in various elevation and rotator angle) are here:

We should use `x_tran`, `y_tran`, & `r_tran`, which are more accurate.

Are the units for the x,y,z coordinates in millimetres, ie PFI_mm coordinates? And what is the difference between the _meas and _tran coordinates?
