Since we have measured dot position, the cobra_match table in opDB should use this information to do fiber identification. |

JFYI, the data (in various elevation and rotator angle) are here: https://github.com/Subaru-PFS/pfs_instdata/tree/master/data/pfi/dot We should use `x_tran`, `y_tran`, & `r_tran`, which are more accurate. |

Are the units for the x,y,z coordinates in millimetres, ie PFI_mm coordinates? And what is the difference between the _meas and _tran coordinates? |
