 Description

The broken fiber center locations are assign to be 0+0j in ics_cobraChamer right now. This assignment will create a miss identification to the fiber points. The current fiber identification methods uses nearest-neighborhood. Assigning 0+0j will cause identification of any point close to origin, which is spot of SC14/PID57.

Also, there is a request from Javier for his simulation work.

After checking the existing code, the best work around is adding an attribute of cobraCenters. This attribute contents the cobra centers and assigned NaN for those bad cobras.
