As per previous ICS meeting, we need a mechanism to ingest necessary data from pfsDesign fits file into a suitable table(s) of opDB. This ticket is about a task to make a tool to do that. We should use a standard library to interact opDB. |

I just pushed example implementation on the topic branch. It is basically easy to do that once we fix what we need in the database and what we have in pfsDesign file. |
