 Description   

We agree to add new dedicated iic commands to take arcs and flats that are expected to be nominal (in focus, ... etc).
cloomis proposed 'scienceFlat' and 'scienceArc' for the sequence_type.

I am confused, INSTRM-1087  says scienceTrace which I believe is better than scienceFlat
