 Description

When we switched to the new interlock board the old gatevalve status key was changed from being generated entirely from the BEE's ADIO I/O mask to being regenerated from the interlock board status command output. Given that we lost access to most of the hardware signals and gained other info from the interlock board that made sense.

But there was one ADIO signal we should have kept reporting: the one which the xcuActor asserts or clears to actually request that the valve be opened or closed. When that is written to it reads back as the last-written value, which can be a comforting thing to know.

I'll prepend the entire 8-bit ADIO word to the current interlock-derived 8 bits. The other seven bits should not change, but they could prove informative.
