vlanActor should receive the file path and FITS image first before transforming the image. |

Implemented in simulation. The vlanActor waits for a "filepath" (TBD) status key-value pair from agcamActor (== simulated agccActor). Upon reception of the key, it reads a MEF file from the specified path for processing. |
