Also to make this document also as replacement of 'new user registration guide', document shall have overview of registrations per user entities at the top (as commented in the review commit).

Also as in previous comment, this page is planned to be rewritten as github text markup (md or rst), and to be referred as project wide service and registration information, both for collaboration internal technical team, and software/survey developer and user from general public.
Contents is better to be organized as:

• overview of services
• account policy and (detailed) registration
• details of services

Also, details of services is better to contain:

• usage of git-lfs (INFRA-57)
• new configuration request (e.g. INFRA-90)

Sorry for not coming to this ticket long time more than 3monthes, but to go forward, let me do as follows:

• make this branch temporary r+, with marking latter part as r?.
• take r+ and merge into master, close this ticket of text review, and work on conversion from tex to rst (or md?)
• once conversion finished, file a new ticket for review of its text.
