 Description   

We need access (as users, not developers) to the PFS JIRA for everyone who has access to the wiki.

When Jenny Green attempted to log in with her wiki credentials she got:

Sumire-PFS Project Related Member Only

and

The user name or password you entered for this area on pfs.ipmu.jp:443 was incorrect. Make sure you’re entering them correctly, and then try again.

She should not need a jira account to see issues (I think Jira's setup correctly), but she doesn't seem to be getting far enough for this to matter.

Michael Strauss is another example of someone who needs read access to JIra. Neither Jenny nor he need accounts.

Issues are

  • pbworks and pfs.ipmu.jp is not synced, nor in the same account policy.
  • need extended account policy for pfs.ipmu.jp (incl. per service restriction)
  • create accounts for registered accounts of pbworks at pfs.ipmu.jp, w/ permission to access /jira/

If it helps you can create subtasks (in the More menu) to capture things like "create accounts for registered accounts of pbworks at pfs.ipmu.jp, w/ permission to access /jira/"

This issue is not just within JIRA, but an issue on project account policy, we will need higher level decision, I think.
