We need access (as users, not developers) to the PFS JIRA for everyone who has access to the wiki. When Jenny Green attempted to log in with her wiki credentials she got:

She should not need a jira account to see issues (I think Jira's setup correctly), but she doesn't seem to be getting far enough for this to matter. |

Michael Strauss is another example of someone who needs read access to JIra. Neither Jenny nor he need accounts. |

If it helps you can create subtasks (in the More menu) to capture things like "create accounts for registered accounts of pbworks at pfs.ipmu.jp, w/ permission to access /jira/" |
