 Description   

If you go to this link and search for something (I looked for cameraGeom) you'll get an error popup

Error in the JQL Query: The character '%' is a reserved JQL character...

Google searches suggest that this is due to apache redirections, and I think that this is the same problem as we see in IPMU-1

I've followed this, but I forgot one configuration, to make proxy instance in JIRA.
I hope now we will not be redirected to http.

These changes solve the problem.
