 Description   

We haven't fixed PFS specific development items and/or targets over AMAZED code base under development at LAM, and also have not started much yet. (almost only to enable evaluations on simulated spectra.)
At this moment, I think to have one project (somehow just as placeholder) is enough, and would propose to make one new project - "PIPE1D".

This is now the sole blocker for various tickets on JIRA reorganization work, which are almost done for a long ago.
