 Description   

Even we have a list of github repositories at subaru-pfs.github.io, we need to complete to include work/ticket tracking etc.
Also need to include results from discussions at INFRA-43 for tracking.

Looking subaru-pfs.github.io (https://subaru-pfs.github.io/), I list below the repositories and work/ticket place.
At this moment, I don't include ICS, which is under discussion.

I think we should have work/ticketing page (JIRA project) for 1D DRP, SPT, and ETS asap.

Actually, I have no well developed plan for subaru-pfs.github.io (just made for easily checkable list...), including procedure of request new repository(ies).

From project description point of view, it might be better to develop pfspipe.ipmu.jp site, so let me have a branch at pfs_www_pipe on this.
