 Description

JIRA seems to reckon that "done" isn't a resolved state. Convince it to change its mind.

In the process, check that the "open" quick filter on the sprint board does the right thing.

  1. Updated "Agile simplified workflow for DM with reopen" so that transitions to "Won't Fix" status set resolution to "Won't Fix".
  2. Updated ditto so that transitions to "Done" set resolution to "Done".
  3. Updated ditto sot hat all other transitions clear the resolution.
  4. Deleted all the other resolutions that JIRA knows about, since we aren't using them.
  5. Using this query identified issues which are in closed status but marked as unresolved, and transitioned them to their existing status (thereby updating the resolution).

This ensures the resolution is correctly set, but it has not fixed the sprint board quick filter.

"Open" quick filter was searching for a "closed" status, which doesn't exist. Updated it to search for "resolution is None". Seems to do the trick.

Also configured the "resolve issues screen" to trigger when transitioning to "won't fix" to enable the user to add a comment.
