 Description   

Since Hassan left REDMINE migration has stopped. Resume migration on either IPMU or Hilo server.

Hassan's code works on a server at IPMU, but reporter and commenter are set as myself, not Redmine-Jira Migtation . This should be fixed.

Issue on reporter/commenter was fixed by setting token as Redmine-Jira Migtation . 
There is another issue: process terminated with the following error, and never succeeded to update all issues yet. Termination happens randomly.

requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', RemoteDisconnected('Remote end closed connection without response',))

Migration resumed on IPMU server. Note that the code was modified under INFRA-321 branch by mistake.
