 Description   

Observatory requests us to version control of FITS header (version and date) and instrument keywords. I feel it will be nice to update (and tag) the keywords on github. Other instruments list the header sample and instrument keywords on their pages, so we could copy time to time.

(This is for recording) Craig and I had a conversation about this.

  • Versioning: actorkey is frequently updated, but changes relating with FITS cards are not so often. So rather than copying actorkey version, it will be better to update when FITS cards modification is done. 
  • Target: We will care only instrument dependent (W_*) cards.
  • There are some cards which are manually included. These are handled by listing in actorkey (INSTRM-1857)
