 Description

The archiver can dynamically add columns when the actor keys schema changes. This (ALTER TABLE) requires the CREATE privilege.

I did `GRANT CREATE ON SCHEMA public TO pfs;` but it didn't work for the problem. I think I need change the owner of tables from `admin` to `pfs`, but I cannot revoke `DROP` privilege from `pfs`.

I changed the owner of all archiver tables to `pfs`.

Now it seems to be working, so I close this ticket.
