This ticket is to request a new repository for a code to automatically generate and update an observation log as exposures are taken, and to interactively accept manual inputs of notes and comments (the first version has already been developed by Kiyoto Yabe).

I don't understand the scope of this repo. How does it interact with the opdb? Is this a place that we could use an external tool? |

Now that we all agreed to develop our summit log based of HSC log, and development has already started by Koike. So I close this ticket as "won't fix" since no repo is needed for it. |
