As mentioned in the recent ICS/PFI+MCS telecon, the PFS Software Development Practices document should be updated to recommend JIRA tickets for development (Tasks/Story tickets as opposed to bug reports) should be small (1-2 days of work). This keeps things manageable and helps track progress. So big tickets already greater than than 2 days should be broken down into smaller ones. |
