Following discussions with the JHU database team lead by Ani Thakar on 2018-07-13, we should create a new JIRA project to track the PFS database/archive activities.

Long name the project: PFS Archive
Key: I propose the simple name DBASE or DB .
Username of project lead: hassan
Description: For tracking activities in relation to the development and implementation of the PFS Archive.

The Science Database project (SCIDB) may already cover this need. Will confirm with R Lupton.
