This is simply because access to sumire is totally separate from that to services such as Jira on pfs.ipmu.jp and pfspipe.ipmu.jp. To have a request of his account along the formal procedure, I sent a request to Takato-san (i.e. PFS site manager at Subaru) to send us required information to create a new account for Eric-san. So this issue can be closed. |

Eric has now been informed of procedure for access to JIRA and other services on services such as Jira on pfs.ipmu.jp and pfspipe.ipmu.jp as mentioned in earlier comments by naoyuki.tamura. |
