Occasionally, although mass subscription of new member(s) to a mailing list appears to be successful (e.g. a message of successful subscription is sent), the member list is not updated.

checked permission, configuration datapack integrity, etc. on the system but no issue found.
but found multiple logs of subscription for the same email address to the same list on pfs.ipmu.jp (but not on pfspipe), so this is a real issue...

closing this as wontfix since issue was not found on pfspipe but on pfs.
please file a new ticket on internal its for pfs services, if anyone finds a similar issue.
