Now that swinbank is leaving, I've been asked to keep an eye on the PIPE2D Jira. To help this, would you please configure Jira so that I get e-mails on all PIPE2D ticket notifications (especially state changes and comments)? If you don't have a system for doing this, I can make suggestions based on my experience with HSC.

There seems no filtering by JIRA project in a specific notification scheme.
I can add you to all-tickets-watcher (shared by all projects), or can set PIPE2D to have special notification scheme (which will cause future degradation of modification operation).
which are you prefer?

I also need permission to start/stop sprints on the DRP board too, please.

I think I would be overwhelmed by e-mail notifications from all projects.

For HSC, I created a group "hsc-notifications" which gets notifications just for the HSC project. I would prefer to have a similar setup in this case, please.

Ok, then please note that such special notification scheme might not be changed on system wide upgrade work (no assurance from system operation). File a ticket when you find any such situation.
Also I've added you to system wide admin, so that you can start/stop sprints.
