• License (OSS license is required)
  I propose GPL

• Add new GitHub repository with specified repository name and description - done

• Mark a team in the organization as admin for operation. - done
• Check slack integration (post activities) is configured - configured
• Add a line of new repository to repos.html - PR
• Create new JIRA project or component, if required. - n/a
