 Description   

Some tickets, like INSTRM-6 or INSTRM-7, are better to be kept active than just closing as DONE or WONTFIX. Also we'd better to flag these kind of tickets to make easily filter out them from other tickets as a list, than just left them active.

There could be several ways, such as:

  • adding new status or resolution to be applied to these
  • having a label (or new field) to mark these

I think that making them an epic is a decent way to proceed. Then add stories for the actual work done in any phase (and filter for stories when looking for active work)
