 Description

I am told that the primary documentation for getting PFS accounts is in the Subaru-PFS/doc product, specifically pfs.ipmu.jp/usage.tex. That requires pfsstyle.sty, which is in the Subaru-PFS/pfs_misc product.

I realize that there will be a web page with the formatted PDF, but I suggest that the basic requirements for building docs should be in a/the docs product.

That document, which was a source for internal pbworks wiki attachment - so no issue as tex style, shall be transformed into rst (or md) for display once INFRA-84 is finished (already planned internally but not filed as a ticket yet).
LaTeX files shall be managed at one repository, but documents using that is not limited as the 'doc' repository (e.g most of repository independent documents in ics_doc is in LaTeX), and current organization shall be fine.
