We now have some intensive descriptions on pfspipe web pages. So, it seems that it's good time to:
switching from github.io will make us feel wanting some simple template processing, but this shall be in other ticket(s) if we want. |

Prepared as about.html and repos.html, and marked about.html as "About" of the project. |

Given that the requested review is for the contents on the cover page, I edited the manuscript and pushed the revised version as an independent branch. Apart from this, I have no comments (therefore I should say OK to approve) about the removals and migrations as described on this ticket for operation and management of the repositories. |
