In README.md, no description of input file can be found. Something should probably be needed (e.g., what kind of values and which column indicates, and so on...). |

I can add this. There has been no description so far, because the target lists were provided as "external" data, around which I wrote the ETS code. So my reasoning was that ETS is not the "owner" of this format and therefore shouldn't define it. Since the target lists existed before ETS, the format is probably already documented in another place. If anyone knows, please send me a pointer so I can link there. This way, we don't have to maintain two documents describing the same thing. |

I just noticed that the format of the input files is described in your PFS FoV README from April 2016! (Before I had been looking at the version from March.) So I will paste the relevant lines from your README to the README.md, OK? |

Thank you. I think the decent format of the input file is not fixed well yet, but the format in my README (which is the one we use when we collect the preliminary sample from each WG) would be a good starting point, so just paste them. |
