The datamodel does not include DetectorMap, which is an important ingredient for interpreting images and extracting spectra. We currently have two flavors of DetectorMap (SplinedDetectorMap and GlobalDetectorMap), and the FITS formats should both be documented in datamodel.txt. In addition, we need a python interface in the datamodel package for reading these. This may delegate to drp_stella for the C++ that is required to use the detectorMaps. |

Moved all the I/O for detectorMap into the datamodel package, and described the format in datamodel.txt. |
