We have a development Dockerfile for adding a few ICS products to the 2D DRP Docker image. That should be added to the `ics_drpActor` product. One unfortunate side-effect is that `pfs_pipe2d` might need to be added to the `ics_drpActor` dependencies, though I think `setupOptional` would be OK. |

The docker file was put into pfs_pipe2d, because it builds on the PFS/LSST docker files which Paul maintains. |
