 Description   

As reported in slack, it was found that the number of fibers in pfsReference was defined as NFIBER in datamodel.txt (DAMD-127) but pfsReference does not need all the fibers. pfsReference needs only the number of FLUXSTD fibers. Modify its definition in datamodel.txt.
