 Description   

Update the class of pfsReference according to the discussion in tickets/DAMD-127 (https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/DAMD-127). pfsReference is used for the flux calibration procedure and defined in datamodel.txt. pfsReference saves a set of reference model templates in a visit.

Quick note: I decided to keep the old pfsReference as it had been, and to rename the new pfsReference to PfsFluxReference. (See conversations in github) I will, in this ticket, revive the old definition of PfsReference in datamodel.txt.
