 Description   

Following the fix to DAMD-85, the lsst.log module was imported to the PfsConfig.py file:

This causes an issue with the 1D DRP developers that use the datamodel package, who would otherwise need to install the LSST stack. The use of lsst.log in this file is not necessary. Please revert that commit.
