Separate out the detector obscuration part from the total throughput table in ETC

      Description

      Currently, the obscuration by the detector of SpS cameras is included in the total throughput column of the ETC throughput table. In order to easily deal with the dependency as a function of field of view, etc., please separate the component out of the column.
