      Description

      We currently use a set of r1 biases when constructing simulated images. b1 images are generated using the r1 biases as well.

      We should decide whether it's necessary to have separate r1 and b1 biases and darks. I'm concerned about drp_instdata growing significantly larger (currently 13 GB of data).
