prototype v2: database access from Compute

NAOJ has hscData module, which allows user to access the database from Compute, but it requires major refactoring.  As SciServer has a similar tool, this is a good opportunity to discuss a possibility to jointly develop a new tool or extend the existing tool.  It should be optimized for HSC+PFS.
