[RM-8557] Look into the pre-commit hooks for potential improvement

Pre-commit hooks in cpf-redshift and amazed are not fixing automatically some of the problems they detect and I think better linters could be used.
Fanny had issues with "Black" probably because this linter expects a specific configuration of the project (I recall black requires a pyproject.toml or something similar). Of course we won't change something that important, but we could seek for some improvement in the hooks of pre-commit without changing too much things.
