[RM-8451] [Parameters] Adapt python code to stages introduction

The introduction of "stages" in parameters file allows to remove some tests/assignments made in context.py. Change this
Need to adapt the parameters converter accordingly (addition of lineMeasLoader and subClassifSolver when expected)
