[RM-6181] catch "internal" error at process flow level to be able tu run Star Qso or Galaxy solver when one of them raises an exception

the problem was detected in #6110

Specification :

• Each solver can raise an exception, thus there should be one error code by category and by method (main, linemeas,reliability) . These error codes should be stored in ResultStoreOutput and written in hdf5 group corresponding to the category
• If every category fails, classification should not run
• If a category fails, reliability should not run on this category
• If a category fails and linemeas follows, linemeas should not run
• If linemeas fails within a category, reliability should run
