[RM-8290] [Parameters][C++] Replace c++ deduced parameters by python fake parameters

Currently, some parameters are deduced from input parameters combinations directly in the c++ code.
We want to replace these code parts by adding "fake" parameters directly in the python, at parameters object creation, and centralize all these behaviors.
