When doing a source or image prediction like :
runmode
reference 3 3.586259 -30.400174
source 1 tmp_img_guess.dat
end
if tmp_img_guess.dat is not the file that was used to have the constraints AND bayes.dat is in the directory THEN lenstool will put an error message like:
COMP: dist.dat file ERROR: number of sources in lenstool (4) and found in bayes.dat mismatch
and it will not produce a file image.all
This feature does not appear if bayes.dat is not in the directory.
What it means is you cannot make predictions if you have a bayes.dat that you forgot to remove.
I provide a working example below.
