[RM-6517] Generate new set of template with higher res at low wavelength

The current set of templates has a >2000 resolution, which is too high as compared to some low resolution data. We shall add a parameter to produce templates at a resolution as close to the data as possible (factor 2 of margin ?) that will be used.
