[RM-7442] AMAZED as part of the official PFS pipeline

There is a request from the PFS instrument (not only the consortium of institutes that build the instrument) to include AMAZED in the official pipeline. This implies public use of AMAZED by the SUBARU users who have been awarded observing time on PFS.
