[RM-7864] change the handling of specific OII and Halpha+NII flux measurement

currently:
a specific computation for OII doublet (3726 & 3729 Ä) and Halpha flux via direct integration is performed, in both z estimation and linemeas, and the results is the one going into in redshift.csv .

TODO:

• include the NII doublet for Halpha
• add the computation of gaussian Flux sum for OII and Halpha+NII
• rename the outputs (we keep them in extrema_results)
• lfHa -> FluxHaNII & FluxHaNIIDirectIntegration
• lfOII -> FluxOII & FluxOIIDirectIntegration
• snrHa -> SnrHaNII & SnrHaNIIDirectIntegration
• snrOII -> SnrOII & SnrOIIDirectIntegration
