      Description

      Write an alternative code of calculateReferenceFlux.py/fitReferece.py. This code includes functions in the blue-part, from reading pfsMerged to making pfsReference, see the flow-chart in PIPE2D-846). In this ticket, some dummy functions (e.g., LSF convolution) will be left. After completion, this code will replace calculateReferenceFlux.py/fitReferece.py.
