      Description

      When processing some b3 data, we get:

      RuntimeError: detectorMap (/data/drp/sps/CALIB/DETECTORMAP/pfsDetectorMap-024841-b3.fits) does not include fibers: [2, 63, 192, 255, 339, 401, 464, 525, 587, 650, 653, 714, 843, 906, 990, 1052, 1115, 1176, 1238, 1301, 1955, 2016, 2145, 2208, 2292, 2354, 2417, 2478, 2540, 2603]

      The detectorMap contains only the fibers applicable to that spectrograph module, but the pfsConfig includes all fibers for all spectrographs, and so there's a mismatch.
